A. The village hereby authorizes the use and requirement of information cards to be completed and filed with the department by water/sewer consumers in the village that open, exchange, transfer or otherwise establish new water/sewer usage in the village.
B. The information cards provided by the village water/sewer users shall be and remain confidential and shall only be utilized by authorized village employees or duly authorized persons contracted by or working with the village for water/sewer consumer account issues. (Res. 2008-34, 9-2-2008)
