9-1-2: WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE DEPARTMENT; PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT:
   A.   Department Established: The combined waterworks and sewerage system in the village shall be maintained and operated as a separate department and shall be referred to in this title as the department.
   B.   Superintendent Of Public Works: The department shall be maintained and operated under the direct supervision of the superintendent of public works 1 and under the general supervision of the mayor and village board of trustees. (Ord. 2010-02, 2-16-2010)
