A. No special event permit shall be required for any of the following activities or events:
1. General day to day use of public property, including village streets, sidewalks, rights of way, or recreational facilities.
2. Use of village parks and recreational facilities for sporting events or activities.
3. Use of village parks and recreational facilities for musical entertainment that does not utilize an amplifying device in excess of fifty feet (50'), that is not performed for profit, and that does not require the use of any type of structure (i.e., tents, stages, platforms, etc.).
