A. Provisions Of This Chapter: No person shall construct, install, maintain or operate facilities or other objects, including, but not limited to, trees, utility lines, fences, or structures within the village rights of way except as provided for herein and in accordance with the other ordinances and resolutions of the village.
B. Authorization: Due in part to drainage problems, no person shall fill, obstruct, alter, minimize or otherwise modify any ditch or culvert in the village unless specifically authorized herein.
C. Supervision: All public rights of way and work thereon or therewith shall be subject to the supervision of the superintendent of public works. (Ord. 2011-08, 3-21-2011)
