The provisions of this chapter are intended to establish rules and regulations for driveways located within the village in order to promote the general welfare and public interest by protecting the village streets, rights of way and other public infrastructures and to promote proper drainage in the village. These provisions generally set forth rules and regulations for driveway construction, reconstruction, maintenance, repair, quality and other items related to driveways located in the village.
