A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be served by the designated supervisor of the Public Works Department or Code Compliance Officer with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, make the necessary corrections and permanently cease all violations stated. (Ord. 2015-24, 6-18-2015)
B. Penalty: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided in subsection A of this section shall be fined in an amount not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. Each day in which a violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord., 2-2-2009)
