7-10-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   A.   Misdemeanor Violation: It is a misdemeanor for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this title.
   B.   Penalty: Any person, firm, or corporation violating any other provision of this title shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each such offense 1 . (Ord. 2009-47, 4-6-2009)
