7-1-3: APPLICATION TO BICYCLES AND ANIMALS:
Every person riding bicycles or other self-propelled vehicles or riding animals upon a street or roadway in the village shall abide by all the applicable traffic provisions in this title. (Ord. 2009-42, 4-6-2009)
