Any person(s), corporation(s), or other business entity or entities that violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense 1 . (Ord. 2009-21, 2-17-2009)
