6-3-6: PENALTY:

Any person convicted of violating provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense . Any person convicted of violating subsection 6-3-3G of this chapter shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
