6-3-2: DISTURBING THE PEACE:

Any person who shall make, aid, countenance, or assist in making any improper disturbance, breach of the peace, or diversion tending to a breach of the peace, and all persons who should collect in bodies or groups for unlawful purposes or for any purpose to the annoyance or disturbance of citizens shall be in violation and subject to the penalties of this chapter. (Ord. 1992-13, 7-2-1992)
