6-2-4-3: DISTURBING THE PEACE:
It shall be unlawful for an owner to keep, harbor, or otherwise maintain any animal in the village which, by barking, howling, or by other noises, shall disturb the peace and quiet of any family, individual or neighborhood. Any owner, possessor, keeper or harborer of any animal that disturbs the quiet of any neighborhood shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to the penalties as set forth in section 6-2-8 of this chapter.
