6-2-4-2: DANGEROUS OR VICIOUS ANIMALS:

A. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to possess, house, or keep any dangerous animal, as defined in this chapter, in the village unless a permit for a special event or occurrence for the same is granted by the village board of trustees.

B. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to possess, house, or keep any dangerous or vicious dog, as defined in this chapter, in the village. (Ord. 2008-37, 11-3-2008; amd. Ord. 2020-52, 8-20-2020)
