6-1-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter or executive order issued pursuant hereto shall be guilty of an offense against the village, and shall be punished by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1981 Code § 3-7; amd. 2011 Code)
