The national incident management system is hereby adopted and employed by the village as its concept for planning, emergency response in unified command for all critical incidents, declared disasters and other emergencies within the village. All elected officials, officers, employees and agents of the village are hereby directed to utilize the NIMS concept for planning for any of the foregoing incidents. (Res. 2004-14, 12-6-2004)
