Any person whose application is denied may appeal the denial to the Village Board. Such appeal shall be in writing and must be filed with the Village Clerk within ten (10) days of the date of the written notice of denial. The Village Board shall be presented a resolution approving the license and if a majority of the Village Board approves the license, the license shall be approved. (Ord. 2018-24, 6-7-2018)
