A. Expiration And Term: All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on the date specified in the permit. No license shall be issued for a period longer than one year.
B. Renewals: Licenses which are not renewed for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the original issue shall, upon application for renewal, be treated as an original application. (Ord. 2010-19, 5-17-2010)
