A. Liquor License Required: No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall sell or offer for sale any beer, wine or other alcoholic beverage within the corporate boundaries of the village of Heyworth without first having obtained a license to do so as provided for in this chapter. No person, agent, barkeeper, clerk or servant of any person, firm, corporation or other entity shall sell or offer for sale at retail any beer, wine or other alcoholic beverage within the corporate boundaries of the village without the principal, master, or corporation having first obtained a license to do so as provided for in this chapter. No person, firm, corporation or other entity or agent, barkeeper, clerk or servant of any of the foregoing shall sell or offer for sale at retail any beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages in any manner which violates any of the terms and conditions of such sale or offer authorized by any license issued pursuant to this chapter.
