A. Review Of Current Fees: All fees of every kind and nature, including permits, shall be reviewed by a committee designated by the Mayor to determine if the same should be amended to cover costs of publication.
B. Responsibility For Publication Costs: All fees, charges, and costs requiring payment by an applicant or petitioner shall remain the same at this time; except, that the payment shall be for administrative costs of the Village alone, and that publications in a public newspaper shall be at the expense of the petitioner or applicant. All such public notices are to be authorized by the Village Board and directed to the Village Clerk or Village Treasurer to submit the notice to a newspaper. The applicant then has the full responsibility to see to the payment of the publication fees prior to the time of said meeting or hearing on the subject matter. (Ord. 2009-74, 5-18-2009)
