2-1-4: RESERVED AUTHORITY OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES:

The village board of trustees hereby expressly reserves the authority to approve, by ordinance, requests for zoning amendments, zoning variances and special uses of the zoning board of appeals and all other decisions permitted by the Illinois Compiled Statutes. (Ord. 2009-38, 4-6-2009)
