2-1-2: APPOINTMENT; CHAIR:
The mayor, with the advice and consent of the board of trustees, shall appoint the members of the zoning board of appeals. One of the members so appointed shall be named as chair by the mayor at the time of his appointment. (Ord. 2009-38, 4-6-2009)
