A. Appropriations: No purchase or payment utilizing Village funds shall be authorized unless such funds are properly appropriated in the appropriate object class of the annual Budget or annual Appropriation Ordinance that the Village has adopted for the current fiscal year. B. Definitions:
ADMINISTRATION: The Mayor or his/her designee or the Village Administrator.
DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR: The supervisor of any department of the Village, i.e., the Office Manager, Chief of Police, or Superintendent of Public Works.
