2-4-3: MEETINGS OF THE COMMITTEE:
The Park and Recreation Advisory Committee shall meet as needed but no less than once a year. A quorum of the Committee is four (4) members. All meetings of the Committee must be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act. The Committee shall keep current, accurate minutes of its proceedings.
