As used in this chapter, a "conveyance" is hereby defined as including transfers of ownership by deed or by assignment of beneficial interest in a land trust, or by entering into an installment contract for deed whether said agreement is recorded or unrecorded. (Ord. 1987-2, 9-8-1987)
