8-5-1: MULTIPLE DWELLING DEFINED:
As used in this Chapter, "multiple dwelling" is hereby defined to include any building or portion thereof designed for or occupied by more than two (2) "families" as defined in Section 10-1-3 of this Code. (Ord. 1987-1, 9-8-1987)
