8-3-4: CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS:

All garden sheds shall be maintained in a reasonable condition and shall be fastened to a concrete base which shall be a minimum of six inches (6") thick on the outer eight inches (8") of said slab and the remaining portion of said slab shall be a minimum of four inches (4") thick.
