Plans and specifications submitted with permits for earth home construction, in addition to all other provisions contained in the Building Title and the Zoning Title 1 , shall:
A. Contain at least eight hundred (800) square feet of floor area;
B. Have at least twenty percent (20%) of the total length of the perimeter wall entirely exposed;
C. Provide for yard setback distances measured from the respective lot lines to the point where the earth covering begins to slope;
D. Include building plans with the seal of a registered architect or engineer attached thereto, drainage plans, final grading plans, soil bearing characteristics and water table information. (1983 Code)
