The following sections are hereby revised:
Section 101.1 Title. Insert "village of Herscher".
Section 102.3 Application Of Other Codes. Delete "international zoning code" and replace with "village of Herscher zoning ordinance".
Section 103.5 Fees. Delete in its entirety.
Section 106.4 Violation Penalties. Replace with the following language:
"Any person who shall violate a provision of this code, or fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be subject to fines of a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $500 for each violation. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense."
Section 302.4 Weeds. Insert "eight (8) inches".
Section 304.14 Insect Screens. Insert "April 1st to November 30th".
Chapter 5 Plumbing Facilities And Fixture Requirements. Delete all references to the "international plumbing code" and replace with "Illinois state plumbing code".
Section 602.3 Heat Supply. Insert "November 1st to April 30th".
Section 602.4 Occupiable Work Spaces. Insert "November 1st to April 30th".
