The following locations shall be designated as handicap parking spaces within the village:
First space located north of the school crosswalk on the west side of North Main Street near the intersection of North Main Street and East Fourth Street.
First space located east of South Main Street on the south side of East Myrtle Street.
First space located on the east side of South Main Street on the north side of East Myrtle Street. (Ord., 11-18-1991)

First spaces located east and west of the handicap accessible sidewalk area situated at the Herscher Village Hall, 272 East Second Street, on the south side of East Second Street.
First space east of the northeast door of the Legion Community Center on the south side of West Kankakee Street.
First space north of the southwest corner of South Main Street and West Myrtle Street on South Main Street.
The two (2) spaces on the south side of Village Park on the north side of Chicago Avenue between North Park Road and North Maple Street.
First space west of the alley on the north side of West Myrtle Street between South Oak Street and South Main Street.
First space north of the southeast corner of South Main Street and East Myrtle Street on the east side of South Main Street.
The first spaces east and west of the drive at Trinity Lutheran Church on the north side of East Third Street between North Park Road and North Maple Street. (Ord. 13-11, 11-18-2013)
