6-3-8: INDUSTRIAL UNITS:
The foregoing provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any industrial, commercial or business unit in the village. It shall be the duty of any industrial, commercial or business unit in the village, at its own cost, to arrange with a properly licensed scavenger for the disposal of its "garbage" and rubbish as herein defined, as well as of its market, industrial, commercial and business unit wastes. Such industrial, commercial and business unit, including any person engaged in running an industrial enterprise of any kind, shall keep its premises free and clear of any accumulation of "garbage" or rubbish as herein defined or of market or industrial waste of any kind.
Such industrial, commercial and business garbage and rubbish, including market and industrial, commercial and business waste, shall be collected each week or as often as is necessary to prevent any accumulation of such garbage, rubbish and waste which would cause any nuisance or health hazard or the breeding of insects. In no event shall such collection be made less frequently than once in each week. Industrial, commercial or business garbage, rubbish and waste shall be stored as provided in section 6-3-5 of this chapter, except bulky rubbish such as large wooden and cardboard boxes.
