6-3-6: CONSTRUCTION OF CONTAINERS:
The owner, occupant or lessee of any premises in the village upon which shall accumulate any garbage, ashes or rubbish, shall provide or cause to be provided and shall maintain clean and in good repair, adequate separate receptacles of the following material, construction and capacity:
   A.   Garbage shall be drained and wrapped and stored in durable rust resisting, nonabsorbent, watertight and easily washable metal or plastic containers, which shall have close fitting covers and suitable handles for carrying, and shall be not more than thirty (30) gallons or less than ten (10) gallons in capacity.    B.   Nonburnable rubbish shall be stored in metal receptacles or plastic containers of not more than thirty (30) gallons or less than twenty (20) gallons in capacity, and shall be provided with suitable handles for carrying. (Ord., 8-20-1973; amd. Ord., 11-3-2003)
