The old section of the village of Herscher is from Park Road on the east to Elm Street on the west; from State Route 115 on the north to Walnut Avenue on the south. Included in the old section, south of Walnut, would be the six (6) homes in the 300 block of South Elm, the six (6) homes in the 300 block of South Oak Avenue, 301, 321, 331, 300, 320, 340, and 360 on South Main. The remainder of the village is considered as the new section of the village. (Ord. 03-1, 2-3-2003)
