5-1-10: SUPPLYING WATER TO OTHERS PROHIBITED:

No consumer shall be allowed to supply Village water to any other person or premises except by special permit from the Village Water Trustee. Water service will be discontinued to any consumer found to be in violation of this provision and shall be restored only upon payment by the consumer of the full scheduled rates for any water so supplied. (Ord., 1-2-1996)
