A. A license shall not be granted unless the property has been inspected annually by the Village of Herscher and the inspector has found the licensee and the licensed premises to be in compliance with this chapter.
B. In addition to any other enforcement authority granted herein, the Code Enforcement Officer and/or building inspector shall have the authority to enforce this chapter. (Ord. 17-1, 1-3-2017)
