3-7-8: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter may be fined five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation of this chapter and sentenced to a term of not less than six (6) months in the Kankakee County jail. (Ord. 06-10, 8-21-2006)
