3-7-4: LICENSED OPERATOR:

Any pyrotechnic display service must be provided by a pyrotechnic distributor licensed by the state of Illinois and any such pyrotechnic display or display of fireworks must be conducted by a licensed "lead pyrotechnic operator" as defined in this chapter. (Ord. 06-10, 8-21-2006)
