(A) If water service to a customer is disconnected due to non-payment of a bill, service will only be reconnected after payment of the past due bill and a $25 reconnection fee.
(B) When water service is disconnected at the request of the customer for whatever reason, service will only be reconnected upon payment of a $10 reconnection fee.
