Every person, firm, or organization desiring to connect his, her, or its premises to the village waterworks system shall pay a connection fee of $450. The village’s Water Department shall furnish all labor and material including the meter to bring a water line from the water main to the premises of the customer. In the event that a boring under a street must be made in order to bring a water line to the premises of a customer, there shall be an additional charge of $250.
