§ 30.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) The penalties for violations of § 30.35 shall be the same as those penalties set forth in 5 ILCS 430/50-5 for similar violations of the Act.
