All committees are to issue written reports of committee meetings to the Board at regular or special meetings, as the case may be. If problems come to the attention of a committee in between regular meetings of the Board, the committee involved shall hold a meeting and issue a written report to the Mayor. The Mayor shall thereafter take appropriate action in regard to the designated problem if immediate action is required and the problem cannot wait to be resolved by the Board at a regular meeting.
