(A) The minimum code of standards for plumbing and any amendments thereto promulgated from time to time by the state’s Department of Public Health is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code, 77 Ill. Adm. Code 890.120, of the village by reference.
(B) The Illinois Mobile Home Tiedown Act (210 ILCS 120/1 et seq.) is hereby adopted by the village by reference.
(C) The Abandoned Mobile Home Act (210 ILCS 117/1 et seq.) is hereby adopted by reference.
