The owner or occupant shall have 30 days after the permit is issued to hook the mobile home to village sewer and water. Extensions of time may be granted by the village inspectors. The applicant shall notify the village inspectors when the mobile home is connected to the water and sewer system of the village. The inspectors shall then make a final inspection. The mobile home shall not be occupied as a residence until the final inspection is completed and a certificate of occupancy is issued to the applicant on a form supplied by the Village Clerk. The village inspectors shall file a copy of the certificate of compliance with the Village Clerk.
