§ 150.14  CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   The owner or occupant shall have 30 days after the application is filed to bring the mobile home into compliance with this chapter. Extensions of time not longer than 30 days may be granted by the village inspectors. The owner or occupant shall contact the village inspector when a final inspection is desired to determine that the mobile home is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. If the village inspector determines that the mobile home is in compliance, he or she shall issue to the applicant a Certificate of compliance on a form supplied by the Village Clerk. The village inspector shall file a copy of the certificate of compliance with the Village Clerk.
   (B)    If the mobile home is not in compliance with this chapter within 60 days after the application is filed, then the water shall be shut off. If the village opts to terminate service, service shall not be terminated until the owner or occupant is given notice of the same and the opportunity to contest the charge prior to termination of service. The water will not be turned back on until after the mobile home is in compliance. The owner or occupant shall be charged the usual and customary fee to restore water service to the mobile home.
