(A) Owners, tenants, and residents of mobile homes that were within the village limits prior to the effective date of this chapter shall maintain their mobile home and lot(s) in the same condition, or better, as of the effective date of this chapter.
(B) Owners, tenants, and residents of other mobile homes shall maintain the mobile home in the same condition, or better, as of the date of issuance of the certificate of occupancy.
(C) All windows and screens shall be in good repair.
(D) The village inspectors may require any defect in the exterior of the mobile home to be repaired.
(E) The exterior appearance of a mobile home shall be approved by a majority of the inspectors prior to the issuance of a permit. The issuance of a permit shall be approval of the appearance.
