§ 150.12  YARD SETBACKS.
   All mobile homes shall comply with the following setback requirements which are to be measured from the property line to the side of the mobile home:
   (A)   Front yard: minimum of 15 feet;
   (B)   Side yard: minimum of five feet; and
   (C)   Rear yard: minimum of ten feet.
