§ 150.07  TIE DOWN.
   Each mobile home shall be tied down in accordance with the Illinois Mobile Home Tiedown Act (210 ILCS 120) and the rules and regulations of the Department promulgated pursuant thereto. The tie downs and anchors shall be installed prior to issuance of a certificate of compliance and shall be approved by the village inspectors.
