§ 150.06  CONCRETE PADS AND BLOCKS.
   (A)   Mobile homes shall be installed on concrete pads which are one and one-half feet by one and one-half feet square by two and one-half feet deep and with not more than eight feet between centers of each pad. The mobile home shall rest on concrete blocks set on the concrete pads. (No substitute for the concrete blocks.) The proposed pad locations shall not be poured with concrete until approved by the village.
   (B)   As an alternative to division (A) above, mobile homes may be installed on a concrete slab. The slab shall be the width and length of the mobile home. The slab shall be a minimum of four inches thick, except that directly below the steel I-beams of the mobile home the concrete shall be six inches thick and 18 eighteen inches wide the full length of the slab.
   (C)   As an alternative to divisions (A) and (B) above, mobile homes may be installed on concrete runners. The runners shall be located directly below the steel I-beams of the mobile home. The runners shall be 18 inches wide and six inches thick.
