Each space or site on which a mobile home is located shall have a minimum area of 5,000 square feet and shall not be less than 50 feet wide by 100 feet long for each mobile home installed. Double-wide mobile homes are permissible; provided, that the manufacturer’s specifications require adjoining the two sections of the double-wide mobile home and the point at which the two halves are joined is not visible once joined. The installation of two separate mobile homes on one lot is not permissible.
