§ 130.15 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this subchapter is to define various offenses and to provide punishment therefor. The term OFFENSE means a violation of the provisions of this subchapter. For the purpose of this subchapter, the words and phrases used herein shall have the same meaning designated for said words and phrases in the Criminal Code of 2012, 720 ILCS 5/2.05 et seq.
