§ 94.02  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DOG.  All members of the canine family.
   FIERCE OR VICIOUS DOGS.  Any dog that can be proved to have bitten one or more persons.
   HAS BEEN BITTEN.  Has been seized with the teeth or jaws, so that the person or thing seized has been nipped or gripped, or has been wounded or pierced, and includes contact of saliva with any break or abrasion of skin.
   INOCULATION AGAINST RABIES.  The injection, subcutaneously or otherwise, as approved by the Department of Agriculture, of Canine Antirabic Vaccine approved by the Department of Agriculture.
   OWNER.  Any person having a right of property in a dog, or who keeps or harbors a dog, or who has it in his or her care, or acts as its custodian, or who knowingly permits a dog to remain on or about any premises occupied by him or her.
   PERSON.  A person, firm, corporation,  association or partnership.
   PUBLIC NUISANCE.  Any animal that barks, howls, cries, or makes any other loud or unusual noises for a period of time in excess of 15 minutes.
